Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels (or 12 cups popped popcorn)
  • 3 tablespoons TRUFFLE MADNESS BLACK TRUFFLE OIL
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Finely chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for added flavour

Instructions

Pop the Popcorn:

  • If using popcorn kernels, pop them using your preferred method (air popper, stovetop, or microwave). Make sure to remove any unpopped kernels.

Prepare Truffle Mixture:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the truffle oil and melted butter. Stir well to combine.

Coat the Popcorn:

  • Drizzle the truffle oil and butter mixture over the popped popcorn. Toss the popcorn gently to coat evenly.
